This course is designed to provide registered nursing student with an opportunity to obtain leadership and clinical experience in the application of all previously learned knowledge and skills in various clinical settings. Students will work in a collaborative role with their instructor and clinical preceptors to develop their leadership skills, nursing judgement, critical thinking skills and nursing skill practice and competency.
