This course is the primary training requirement for the NSP-certified Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) technician and patrollers. The purpose of the course is to prepare OEC technicians with the knowledge and skills needed to handle any emergency medical situation that they may encounter in an outdoor, nonurban environment during any season
