CRMJ 3630 - Interview and Interrogation

(3)
This course will cover the entire sequence of events that occur during the interview and interrogation process. Students will learn the accepted practice and protocols of legal interrogation in moving cases from a preliminary accusation to the ultimate goal of obtaining a confession. 

Prerequisite: Acceptance to the BAS program.
