PEAC 1041 - Women’s Self-Defense(.5) Introduces a fitness program which combines basic low-impact aerobic moves with the fundamentals of self-defense and kickboxing. Emphasis is placed on correct technique and execution of all kickboxing basic moves. Designed to provide maximum cardiovascular benefits, muscular endurance, speed and agility, in addition to balance and flexibility and mind/body integration. (.5 hr lec, . 5 hr lab)
