NRST 2740 - Clinical Experience IV(5) Students learn to apply theory to direct care of the client in the clinical setting. Using the nursing process, students use critical thinking and assessment skills to plan care for clients, families, groups, and the community. Students, under the direction of preceptors, assume the role of nurse manager in the clinical setting to prepare for their transition to the role of Registered Nurse. Prerequisites: Successful completion of the first, second, and third semesters of the Nursing Program. Corequisites: NRST 2750 , NRST 2760 , and NRST 2770 . (15 hrs clinical)
