Technical Studies-Electrical Apprenticeship, A.A.S.

The Technical Studies-Electrical Apprenticeship program is designed to prepare students for a rewarding career in the electrical trade through a blend of hands-on job training and classroom instruction. The Associate of Applied Acience degree program is completed over the course of four academic years (8 semesters) and features at least one electrical apprenticeship course each semester. Students are required to gain employment from a regional journeyman or master electrician to gather real-world career skills. Apprentices must complete the required training/work hours necessary to meet industry and licensure standards.  For students who meet eligibility and enrollment criteria, financial aid may be available. The suggested course sequence below offers a balanced approach between a student’s academic and employment commitments targeting successful completion of our program.
