This course is designed to provide a comprehensive review of the basic operations of algebra. This course covers such topics as signed numbers, laws of exponents, linear equations, and quadratic equations. Prerequisite: Math ACT score of 19 or 20 and/or a ACCUPLACER score in the Prealgebra domain of 45 to 100 or in the Algebra domain of 0-39. A grade of “C-” or better in MATH 0900 or placement at math level 1 within one year prior to enrollment. (4 hrs lec)
