PEAC 1274 - Advanced Weight Training and Conditioning(0.5) This course reviews the fundamentals and provides for continued improvement in strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility development. Students will learn safe and effective techniques for weight training at any experience level. Students are required to design and follow a personal weight training program. Prerequisite: PEAC 1273 or consent of Instructor. (.5 hr lec, .5 hr lab)
